We just discovered a wonderful company, Plum Island Cookie Company, that hand makes this luscious shortbread-style sand dollar cookies, complete with a bed of sugar 'sand' in the bottom of the cellophane packaging.
Wouldn't these make a darling favor for a wedding here in the seaside community of Salem, MA?

Ive had the cookies from Plum Island Cookie Co. at a wedding recently and they looked and tasted awesome. Everyone was talking about them. I am going to have them at my wedding!
ReplyDeleteI recently tried some of these amazing cookies at Bob's Lobster in Newbury, MA and they were absolutley delicious. I would recommend these cookies to any one and every one. A+++
